Use your annual report to gain credibility and attract further business. Because there’s little point in talking if nobody is listening!

Through a programme of work undertaken by the Division of Women and Children's Services at the United Bristol Healthcare Trust regarding decision making a number of issues relating to internal communication were raised. As part of an on-going effort to improve processes they decided to carry out an in-depth review of how information is communicated within the two hospitals – St Michael's Hospital for Women and Bristol Royal Hospital for Children – to help inform suggested improvements in the future.

Word of Mouth Associates were responsible for a programme of work which included reviewing current communication structures, facilitating staff focus groups, producing and evaluating staff questionnaires and reviewing the information gained to develop a clear and workable action plan for the Division.

The Equality & Diversity Division for Central Manchester & Manchester Children's University Hospitals NHS Trust needed help compiling their multidisciplinary team Annual Report. We were able to bring together the reports from a number of different service delivery staff and present a final document that was informative and insightful.
